SERVICES WE PROVIDE

ROOF RESTORATIONS & REPAIRS

- Roof restoration & repairs includes fixing and replacing broken tiles, repointing, re-bedding, valley replacement, valley clip installation, leak detection & more

ROOF PAINTING

- Painting of all cement tile, terracotta tile & metal roofs

- 1 Coat of Primer Filler + 2 Coats of Roof Membrane Paint from Spectracolour, which comes with a 12 year paint manufacturers warranty

GUTTER PAINTING

- Gutters are carefully hand cleaned before the application of 1 coat primer & two coats of membrane paint. For an additional cost, our team can also clean and paint any downpipes etc to match the rest of the paint works.

GARAGE DOOR PAINTING

- Garage doors carefully hand cleaned before the application of 1 coat primer & two coats of membrane paint. We also take extreme care to mask off any wood or brickwork, so no paint is applied where unnecessary.

HIGH PRESSURE CLEANING

- Roof is professionally cleaned to remove dirt, grime, mould & lichen leaving your roof looking clean as a whistle

RE-BEDDING & POINTING

- Removal of old mortar and/or pointing material, then application of fresh material for that brand new all pleasing look

RE-SCREWING

- Removal of all old rusty screws, and the re-screwing of brand new roof screws in metal roofs

WEEPHOLES

- Installation of Weep Holes on top ridge lines, including re-installation after fresh bedding and pointing is laid down, ensuring no moisture build up inside roof cavities

WHIRLY BIRDS (REMOVAL & INSTALLATION)

- Includes Aluminium, Pre-Painted and Solar Whirly Birds

DRIVEWAY SEALING & PAINTING

- High Pressuring Cleaning of driveways, followed by the application of a cleaning acid to remove hard to remove dirt & stains. Followed by 1 coat of primer and two coats of driveway paint.

VALLEY INSTALLATION & REPAIRS

- Includes installation of valley clips for those pesky tiles that have come loose and keep slipping.

ROOF PAINTING

At Ronin Roofing, one of our favourite services we provide is the painting of roofs. Using our supplier Spectracolour, who have had almost 40 years experience in the industry, we know and trust your roof will not only look revitalised, but will last against the elements. Hence the reason we boast the 12 year warranty on all of our paint work.

HIGH PRESSURE CLEANING SERVICES

Before painting, we make sure our team professionally cleans your roof, to get the best bond between the surface and the paint, and to also get the best finish making your roof noticeable to all your neighbours.

RE-POINTING

A stand alone service, but also one included in every full restoration. We make sure we remove any old and cracked pointing, and replace it with fresh, brand new pointing material. This helps to seal your roof overall, but is also very aesthetically pleasing to look at.

RE-BEDDING

Professionally undertaken, we make sure to remove any old mortar & roof pointing, and we grind back to the tile to allow for a better bond between the new mortar & the tiles. Meaning the bedding will be stronger and last longer.
